Soccer Specific Training Registration

In the fall we will be offering 2 unique programs that help to develop Soccer Game Speed. Which program you choose depends entirely upon your own individual strengths and weaknesses which are determined from your Game Speed Test and the Score that you received. If you are a younger player who is weak on the SKILL side of our Developmental Pyramid, or if you are weak in both SKILL and SPEED/AGILITY I would encourage you to look into signing up 1x per week this fall in our on-field program.

If you are an older player who’s skill is at an adequate level (ranking in the Emerging or Peaking Category of our Game Speed Test) then your lack of explosive speed probably stems from a lack of strength or applied powerful bursts and I would recommend you take our indoor program. This way we can build a solid base of strength, explosiveness, first step quickness and speed in a more progressive and controlled environment. This program is great for older players or advanced players during the season, as it’s low volume, high intensity approach will deliver results without the unwanted fatigue and soreness.

Click on the Heading (in BLUE) below to register for Fall SoccerFIT Programs. The cost for all programs is $65/month for 1x per week and $130/month for 2, 3 or 4x per week. Feel free to sign up for both on-field and indoor programs, the most you will ever pay is $130/month no matter how many sessions per week you attend. FALL – Game Speed On-Field Program Aug/Sept/Oct

  • Ages 9-11 (1x per week) 5:00pm Wednesday or Thursday
  • Ages 11-13 (1x per week) 5:00pm Monday or Tuesday – or – 6:30pm Wednesday or Thursday
  • Ages 13-14 (1x per week) 3:30pm Wednesday or Thursday – or – 6:30pm Monday or Tuesday

FALL – Game Speed Indoor Program – Aug/Sept/Oct

Groups will be split up upon arriving in the training facility. First we split them up by age (12 and under, 12-14 and 14 and up), then we divide them again by ability (beginning/developing, intermediate and advanced). What we end up with is small groups in each time slot for players of every level and ability.

  • 3:30 (1-2x per week) Monday thru Thursday
  • 4:30 (1-2x per week) Monday thru Thursday
  • 5:30 (1-2x per week) Monday thru Thursday
  • 6:30 (1-2x per week) Monday thru Thursday
  • 7:30 (1-2x per week) Monday thru Thursday

WINTER – Game Speed Indoor Program (Strength/Speed/Fitness)

This is our classic program of strength/speed/fitness, and requires that players attend at least 2x per week. For players looking for 1x per week options, please click on the speed/agility class below. Groups will be split up upon arriving in the training facility. First we split them up by age (12 and under, 12-14 and 14 and up), then we divide them again by ability (beginning/developing, intermediate and advanced). What we end up with is small groups in each time slot for players of every level and ability.

  • 3:30 (2x per week) Monday thru Thursday (U12-U18)
  • 4:30 (2x per week) Monday thru Thursday (U10-U18)
  • 5:30 (2x per week) Monday thru Thursday (U12-U18)
  • 6:30 (2x per week) Monday thru Thursday (U10-U18)
  • 7:30 (2x per week) Monday thru Thursday (U12-U18)

WINTER – Speed/Agility Only (1x per week)

This program does not include any work on strength, but will only focus on speed and agility. For players looking for 2x per week options or strength and fitness work as well as speed/agility, please click on the Game Speed Indoor Class above. If you are a younger player (U10-U12, please sign up for the 5:30 class, or choose from the Game Speed Indoor Class – 4:30 or 6:30 options above). U13 to U16 players should choose from the 3:30 or 7:30 classes.

Summer Program – registration begins in April 2013

The summer program is a great way to get ready for the fall season, and we still have spots available if you are interested. Summer is a “pay by the week”, camp style, 4x per week program that alternates between the indoor and outdoor programs to give a good mix of strength, speed, fitness and skill to players of all levels.
